Procedure

Overview

In this section, we will go over everything you need to know to create, view, edit, and manage goals for your business. You can leverage the data that Moneris collects to help create goals in two key areas: increasing sales and increasing the number of customers you serve. The Goals feature is meant to help you set goals for your business, and then use the dashboard to see how you're performing against your goals in the two key areas. 
 
Types of goals 
 
You are able to create and track two types of goals: Sales and Customers.
  • Increase my sales - This goal is designed to help you boost your sales, either by a percentage or dollar figure that you can specify. Alternatively, Moneris also provides some default suggestions that you can use. The goal is then tracked against the specified percentage or dollar figure increase when the goal is created.
  • Get more customers - This goal is designed to increase the amount of customers who purchase your goods and services, either by a percentage or number of new customers.
