Big Update Alert!

We’ve rolled out one of our biggest POS updates yet—packed with improvements to make your experience smoother, faster, and more reliable. Here’s what’s new:

Hardware Screen (formerly Peripherals)
We’ve renamed the Peripherals popup to Hardware. It’s now easier to find all the devices your iPad is connected to.

Better Printer Selection
Choosing your receipt printer is now simpler! Head to the Hardware screen to pick your printer. This update also gets us ready to support Bluetooth and Wi-Fi printers soon—stay tuned!

Kitchen Gets Voids Too
Voided an order? The kitchen will now know right away. The kitchen printer will print the order number with a big VOID ORDER message. If the order was from a previous day, the date will show too.

No More Frozen Screens
If your session times out, you’ll go straight back to the login screen. This keeps your POS responsive and ready whenever you need it.

Item Availability Made Clear
If an item is marked Unavailable in Back Office, it won’t show up in the POS. Items marked Temporarily Unavailable will still appear, but you won’t be able to add them to orders.

KDS app

We’ve made some important improvements to keep your kitchen display running smoothly:

App Compatibility Check
Your KDS will now let you know if you’re running the latest version. When an update is available, you’ll get a heads-up so you can grab the newest features and improvements right away!

Performance & Stability Boost
We’ve done a lot of work behind the scenes to make your app faster and more reliable. Fewer hiccups, smoother performance—so your kitchen stays in sync without missing a beat.
